The Tradeshow Policy is among the safest in the country:
Specific guidelines and protocols:
- In accordance with guidelines for large-scale indoor events, the our show is now requiring proof of COVID-19 vaccination for admission to the show.
- This includes all event organizers, contractors, exhibitors, and attendees, who will be required to show proof of vaccination in order to enter the convention center.
- In addition, all visitors to the event are required to wear a face-covering regardless of vaccination status.
- Masks will be provided at the event if needed.
For proof of vaccination, you must bring a valid photo ID and one of the following:
CDC Vaccination Card – A photo or photocopy of this card is also acceptable.
Vaccination Record or other official immunization records from within or outside the U.S., including from your health care provider. A photo or photocopy of this card is also acceptable. If you are unable to get this record, call 311.
COVID Safe App – Android | iOS. You can upload to this app a photo of your CDC vaccination card or other official records, along with your photo ID.
Excelsior Pass (or Excelsior Pass Plus) – To use this app, you will need the phone number or email address associated with your vaccination record. If you are unable to use this app, try one of the other options listed above.
